Autentico, puro, semplice, NUDO

Un progetto nato da un’amicizia casuale tra un agricoltore maremmano e un enologo svizzero.
Il tutto parte da un vigneto di circa due ettari coltivati secondo il metodo Biologico, realizzato anni fa con lo scopo di produrre uva Bio.
Prima la curiosità di vinificare una piccola quantità per consumo proprio e feste tra amici, molti dei quali ospiti
del nostro piccolo agriturismo che in qualche maniera hanno partecipato con entusiasmo allo sviluppo di questo progetto.
Poi nel 2012, la prima produzione “seria” di 3000 bottiglie.

Grazie alla collaborazione di tutti abbiamo aumentato oggi la produzione mantenendo la stessa filosofia di lavoro e condivisione.
